Non-Accredited Short Course Enrolment, Payment and Cancellation Policy

1. Enrolment Deposit

A $360.00 enrolment deposit is payable to secure a place in a non-accredited short course offered by Face Magic Medi Spa Pty Ltd.

The deposit contributes towards enrolment administration, course preparation, resource allocation and training arrangements.

If a student cancels their enrolment after confirmation, Face Magic Medi Spa may retain an amount reasonably reflecting the administration costs incurred and any reasonable, unavoidable costs or commitments arising from the enrolment, up to $360.00.

Any amount exceeding the reasonable costs incurred or committed will be refunded where applicable. All cancellations and refunds are subject to the student’s rights under Australian Consumer Law.

2. Payment of Course Balance

The remaining balance of the full course fee must be paid in full at least 7 calendar days before the scheduled training date.

Students are responsible for ensuring payment is received by the due date. If payment has not been received, Face Magic Medi Spa may postpone the training by arrangement, subject to availability and applicable law.

3. Student Cancellation

Students should notify Face Magic Medi Spa in writing as soon as possible if they wish to cancel their enrolment.

Any refund of the enrolment deposit or course fees already paid will be assessed according to the timing and circumstances of the cancellation, the reasonable costs incurred or committed by Face Magic Medi Spa, and applicable Australian Consumer Law.

Where the student has paid the full course fee, any refund due will be calculated after considering the applicable cancellation terms and legal obligations.

4. Cancellation or Changes by Face Magic Medi Spa

If Face Magic Medi Spa cancels a course or cannot provide the agreed training, students will be offered an appropriate alternative date or a refund, as applicable.

Nothing in this policy excludes, restricts or modifies any rights or remedies available to a student under Australian Consumer Law.

5. Student Acknowledgement

Students must be given access to this policy before paying their deposit and confirming their enrolment.

By proceeding with enrolment, students acknowledge that they have read and understood the payment and cancellation terms, subject to their rights under Australian Consumer Law.
